Bappa Sri NarainPostgraduate College Lucknow, popularly known as KKV is one of the oldest and reputed institution s of Lucknow. With the blessings of its founder Late Sri Sri NarainMisra (Bappaji)and hard work &commitment of faculty members,the college is flourishing in all fields. A large number of students who graduated from this college also played an important role in bringing glory to the college. The necessity of Alumni Association was discussed many times in last few years and finally we decided to hold this BSNV Alumni Get together this year. It is the pleasure of the college administration, faculty members and the students to convene the meeting of its alumni in order to meet their old students.The Principal and the other colleagues of the college were the motivating force behind the organizing of this function.
The students(KKVians) who have passed from this college years and years ago are now busy with their job, duties family and other responsibilities showed overwhelming response to our call .They were anxious to see their college and teachers after many decades.
They took some time off their routine work to come and share some of the remembrances of college life with some teachers, friends or an event which were knocking the doors of their mind to come out.
The students of this esteemed institution have honor to serve the nation in every capacity in different organizations like Indian Civil Services, Indian Police Services, National Institute of Oceanography Goa,

Geological Survey of India, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation, Indian Forest Services ,National Thermal Power Corporation, National Hydro Power Corporation, Geo Services and other Oil Companies, Indian Institute of Toxicological Research, Central Drug and Research Institute, Indian Institute of Technologies, Universities , Colleges, Medical Universities ,Indian Army, Indian Air Force, Police, Banks, Railways, Media Executives Judiciary, Financial consultants etc. are but a few. At present in our college the Principal and Heads of the chemistry, Geology, Mathematics and Physics are KKVians apart from other teachers.

The BSNV Alumni Get together was organized on 19th November 2011 in college campus with great enthusiasm .The chief guest of the function was Sri BrajeshMisra Chief Information Commissioner Government of Uttar Pradesh and guest of honor Dr. Harvinder Singh SohalIFS,Director Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Climate Change, New Delhi ,both the guest are college alumni. Apart from sharing their remembrances with audience, they advocated for the overall growth and development of the college.The function was presided by Sri T N Misraji,secretary / manager of the college,a constant source of guidance and inspiration for us , admired and blessed us for our effort. Sri S K Pandey IRS Assistant manager of the college was also present .Dr.G C Misra principal , whos untiring support ,suggestions and cooperation was the backbone of this function.
